How do I sign up?
  1. Go to app.lexisos.com/signup.
  2. Enter your email and pick a password.
  3. Optionally, name yourself and your workspace.
  4. Click Create account.
  5. You land on the Home dashboard with the onboarding checklist front and center.
  6. No credit card. Fourteen-day free trial.
How do I invite a teammate?
  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Click Invite teammate.
  3. Enter their work email.
  4. Pick a role — Admin (can change settings) or Member (full product, no settings).
  5. Click Send invite.
  6. They get an email with a one-click link. Once they accept, they join your workspace.
How do I pair the Chrome extension?
  1. Install the Lexis extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. In LexisOS, open Settings → LinkedIn & Extension.
  3. Click Pair this browser.
  4. The page detects the extension automatically and completes the handshake.
  5. A green Paired badge appears. You're set.
  6. You only do this once per browser.
How do I import leads from a CSV?
  1. Go to Leads.
  2. Click Import (top right).
  3. Drop your .csv or .xlsx file onto the modal.
  4. Map columns from your file to LexisOS fields. We suggest defaults; tweak from there.
  5. Optionally, attach the new leads to a list or apply a tag.
  6. Click Start import. Watch the progress bar; you'll see results live.
How do I create a custom field?
  1. Open Settings → Custom fields (or visit /custom-fields).
  2. Pick the tab for the record kind — Lead, Contact, or Deal.
  3. Click New field.
  4. Name it, choose the type (text, number, date, select, multi-select, boolean, URL, and so on), and set options.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The field shows up everywhere — detail pages, imports, views, filters, merge tags.
How do I save a view?
  1. Open Leads, Contacts, or Deals.
  2. Filter and sort the list until it shows what you want.
  3. Choose the columns you want visible.
  4. Click Save view.
  5. Name it, optionally pin it to the views bar.
  6. Switch to it any time with one click.
How do I create a list?
  1. Open Lists.
  2. Pick the tab — Lead or Contact.
  3. Click New list, name it, and save.
  4. Add members from any Lead or Contact (use Add to list from the entity page or the bulk action on the list page).
  5. Use the list as a workflow trigger or a campaign audience.
  6. Remove members anytime from the list detail page.
How do I run an outbound LinkedIn workflow?
  1. Open Workflows and click New workflow (or pick a template).
  2. Drag a trigger onto the canvas — manual, scheduled, signal, or event.
  3. Drag in your steps — connection request, message, like, comment, delay, branch, and so on.
  4. Click any content step and choose AI draft or write the message yourself.
  5. Save and toggle the workflow Active.
  6. Trigger it manually, or wait for the schedule or signal to fire.
How do I review AI-drafted messages before they send?
  1. Open Drafts from the sidebar.
  2. The badge tells you how many are waiting.
  3. Click any draft to see the proposed message and the context the AI used.
  4. Approve to send as-is, Edit to tweak first, Regenerate for a fresh attempt, or Reject to kill it.
  5. Filter by module or status if you want to focus.
  6. Approved drafts ship on the schedule the workflow defined.
How do I write an email template with merge fields?
  1. Open Settings → Templates.
  2. Click New template and pick Email.
  3. Write your subject and body using the rich-text editor.
  4. Type {{ to pull up the merge field picker — first name, company, deal value, custom fields, anything.
  5. Save the template.
  6. Use it in campaigns, workflows, or one-off sends from the inbox composer.
How do I send a one-off email campaign?
  1. Open Campaigns and click New campaign.
  2. Pick a list as the audience.
  3. Choose or write a template.
  4. Send a test to yourself first.
  5. Schedule the send for now or later.
  6. Watch opens, clicks, replies, and bounces roll in on the campaign detail page.
How do I unsubscribe a recipient?
  1. Recipients who click the unsubscribe link in your email are added automatically — nothing for you to do.
  2. To add one manually, open Settings → Templates or the campaign view and click Suppressions.
  3. Enter the email and a reason.
  4. Click Add.
  5. From that moment, no campaign send goes to that address.
  6. Remove a suppression from the same screen if you've got explicit re-consent.
How do I connect my Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP mailbox?
  1. Open Inbox (or Settings → Integrations → Mailboxes).
  2. Click Connect a mailbox.
  3. Choose Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP / SMTP.
  4. For Gmail or Outlook, sign in with the provider's standard prompt.
  5. For IMAP / SMTP, enter the host, port, username, and password your provider gave you.
  6. History backfills in the background; new mail flows in seconds.
How do I share a mailbox with a teammate?
  1. Open Inbox and select the mailbox.
  2. Click the mailbox settings icon.
  3. Choose Share.
  4. Pick teammates and their permission level — read, reply, or manage.
  5. Click Save.
  6. The mailbox appears in their left rail.
How do I connect my Google or Microsoft calendar?
  1. Open Calendar.
  2. Click Connect a calendar (also under Settings → Integrations).
  3. Choose Google or Microsoft.
  4. Sign in with the provider's standard prompt.
  5. Your events show up within seconds.
  6. Changes sync both ways from now on.
How do I attach a Lead, Contact, or Deal to a calendar event?
  1. Open the event (from the calendar view).
  2. Click Link to in the event drawer.
  3. Search for the Lead, Contact, Deal, or Company.
  4. Click to attach.
  5. The event now shows on that record's activity timeline.
  6. You can attach as many as you need.
How do I connect Zoho or HubSpot?
  1. Open Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click Zoho or HubSpot.
  3. Sign in with the standard OAuth prompt.
  4. The setup wizard opens: Modules → Fields → Data → Done.
  5. Walk through each step; we suggest sensible defaults.
  6. Initial sync runs in the background; two-way sync continues from then on.
How do I remap a field from my CRM?
  1. Open Settings → Integrations and click your CRM.
  2. Click Field mapping.
  3. Find the field that's off.
  4. Pick the right LexisOS canonical field from the dropdown (or pick Custom field and enter the API name).
  5. Click Save mapping.
  6. The next sync uses the new mapping.
How do I add an Apollo or Hunter key for enrichment?
  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Enrichment.
  2. Click your provider — Apollo today; Hunter on the way.
  3. Paste your API key from the provider's dashboard.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Optionally set a monthly budget cap.
  6. Trigger a test enrichment on any Lead to confirm it works.
How do I add an AI provider key?
  1. Open Settings → Integrations → AI providers.
  2. Pick OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Perplexity.
  3. Paste the API key from the provider's dashboard.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Optionally set a monthly spend cap.
  6. AI features (draft, generate, assist) light up across the product.
How do I move a Lead through a pipeline?
  1. Open the Lead's detail page.
  2. Update the status from the top of the page (Active, Qualified, Disqualified, and so on).
  3. To progress a related Deal, open Deals, switch to Board view.
  4. Drag the Deal card from one stage to the next.
  5. Drop it. The activity is logged automatically.
  6. Stage rules (auto-tasks, notifications) fire if you've set them up.
How do I convert a Lead into a Contact and a Deal?
  1. Open the Lead.
  2. Click Convert.
  3. Review the conversion dialog — what fields carry over, what new records get created.
  4. Optionally tick Create a Deal and pick the pipeline and stage.
  5. Click Convert.
  6. The Lead is locked, a Contact is created, and your new Deal lands on the board.
How do I create a Signal and have it trigger a workflow?
  1. Open Signals and click New signal.
  2. Choose a kind — role change, post keyword, stale deal, and so on.
  3. Define what you're watching (a list, a saved view, keywords, an industry).
  4. Save the signal.
  5. Open the workflow you want to fire and add a Trigger → Signal node pointing at this signal.
  6. Save and activate the workflow. From now on, every match fires the workflow.
How do I add a PageLens site and run an audit?
  1. Open PageLens → New site (/pagelens/new).
  2. Enter the site URL and a display name.
  3. Click Run audit.
  4. The live progress page shows discover → crawl → finalize → fix generation → complete.
  5. When the audit completes, you land on the site detail page with the score and findings.
  6. Filter, dig in, and queue fixes from there.
How do I approve and push an SEO fix to WordPress?
  1. Open PageLens → Approvals (/pagelens/approvals).
  2. Click a pending fix.
  3. Review the AI-drafted change. Edit if you want; Approve when you're happy.
  4. Make sure WordPress is connected under the site's Settings → WordPress tab.
  5. Click Push to WordPress on the approved fix.
  6. The change goes live; the finding is marked resolved.
How do I install LexisOS on my phone (PWA)?
  1. Open app.lexisos.com in your phone's browser.
  2. On iPhone: tap the share icon, then Add to Home Screen.
  3. On Android: your browser shows an Install prompt — tap Install.
  4. The LexisOS icon appears on your home screen.
  5. Tap it to open the app fullscreen, with no browser chrome.
  6. Sign in once; you stay signed in.
How do I turn on push notifications?
  1. Open Settings → Push notifications.
  2. Click Enable push.
  3. Your browser asks for permission — accept it.
  4. Click Send test to confirm a notification reaches you.
  5. On iPhone, install LexisOS to your home screen first (see the PWA recipe above).
  6. Important notifications now reach you even when the app is closed.
How do I submit a feature request?
  1. Click the floating Feedback button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Open the Suggest tab.
  3. Write what you'd like, what problem it solves, and how often you hit it.
  4. We attach the page you were on and recent activity (with anything sensitive redacted) for context.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Track replies under My items in the same drawer, or on /roadmap.
How do I change my password?
  1. Open Settings → Account.
  2. Scroll to Security.
  3. Click Change password.
  4. Enter your current password, then your new one (twice).
  5. Click Save.
  6. You stay signed in; other paired browsers stay signed in until they next refresh.
How do I pause all outbound actions in an emergency?
  1. Click the shield icon in the top bar.
  2. Toggle Pause all actions to on.
  3. Every outbound action (LinkedIn, email, SMS) stops immediately.
  4. Queued items wait without running.
  5. Visit /system to confirm nothing is in flight.
  6. Toggle the pause back off when you're ready to resume.
How do I unpair the Chrome extension?
  1. Open Settings → LinkedIn & Extension in LexisOS.
  2. Click Unpair this browser.
  3. The green badge flips to Not paired.
  4. The extension's local session is cleared immediately.
  5. Other paired browsers (a laptop, a backup machine) stay connected.
  6. To pair again later, just click Pair this browser from the same page.
How do I build a KPI on my dashboard?
  1. Open Home and click Add KPI on the dashboard.
  2. Pick what you want to measure — leads created, deals in stage, reply rate, time to first touch, anything.
  3. Choose a chart type — number, gauge, breakdown, time-series, percent, or funnel.
  4. Pick a color palette and a time range.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Drag it where you want it on the 12-column grid; resize from the corner handle.
How do I build a report from multiple KPIs?
  1. Open Home and click New report (or visit any report section).
  2. Name the report and pick a layout.
  3. Add KPIs one by one from your existing library or build new ones inline.
  4. Reorder, resize, and theme the report.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Pin it to your home dashboard for one-click access from anywhere.
How do I snooze an email thread?
  1. Open the thread in Inbox.
  2. Click the Snooze button (clock icon) at the top of the thread.
  3. Pick when to bring it back — later today, tomorrow morning, next week, or a specific date.
  4. Click Snooze.
  5. The thread leaves your main inbox and moves to the Snoozed tab.
  6. It pops back to the top of your inbox at the time you chose.
How do I update my firm profile so AI knows my business?
  1. Open Settings → Firm profile.
  2. Fill in what you sell, who you sell to, your sectors, and your tone of voice.
  3. Add your top three value propositions in your own words.
  4. Drop in any context you'd want an SDR to read on day one.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Every AI draft from now on uses this as grounding context.
How do I view what queued offline?
  1. Click the sync indicator pill in the top bar.
  2. The Sync drawer opens with a grouped list of queued writes.
  3. Click any row to see the details.
  4. Retry an item that's stuck on an error.
  5. Discard an item you've changed your mind about.
  6. The drawer empties itself the moment everything replays cleanly.
