The LexisOS User Guide
Everything your sales team needs, working as one.
This is the comprehensive end-user manual for LexisOS — the unified sales platform at app.lexisos.com. It walks you through every surface in the product, from your very first login to the corners of Settings that you'll only visit twice a year.
If you're a brand-new user, start at the top. If you're an existing user looking up a specific feature, the section headings double as your table of contents.
1. Welcome to LexisOS
LexisOS brings your favorite tools together so your team sees everything, does anything, and never loses track of an opportunity. Beautifully personalized messages drafted for you. Real-time signals surfaced the moment they happen. A pipeline that practically runs itself.
If you've ever lost a deal because the data was in three systems and none of them agreed — LexisOS is the system that ends that. Every Lead, every Contact, every Deal, every conversation lives in one beautiful workspace. Your CRM, your inbox, your calendar, your LinkedIn presence, and your outbound workflows all reflect the same truth — and any change made in one surface shows up everywhere else, automatically.
LexisOS is built for modern sales teams — SDRs running outbound, RevOps keeping the data honest, founders who want one pane of glass over the whole pipeline. It's the foundation underneath everything else in your stack, not another silo on top of it.
2. Getting started
Signing up
Head to app.lexisos.com/signup. Enter your email, choose a password, optionally name yourself and your workspace, and you're in. A default workspace is created for you automatically — you can rename it later under Settings → Firm profile.
The product is free to try for fourteen days. You won't be asked for a card until you're ready to keep going.
Accepting an invite
Already on a team? Your admin sent you a link that looks like app.lexisos.com/invite/<token>. Click it. You'll be dropped into the same signup flow, except your account joins the existing workspace rather than creating a new one. If the link is expired, revoked, or already used, you'll see a friendly explainer telling you what to do next — usually "ask your admin to re-invite you."
Your first login
The first time you sign in, you land on the Home dashboard. The first thing you'll notice is the onboarding checklist — a short, opinionated list of the steps that get the product working for you. Most teams finish in under thirty minutes.
The checklist lives at /onboarding (you can revisit it any time). Required steps include:
- Pair the Chrome extension so LinkedIn prospecting lights up.
- Connect LinkedIn (give us the green light to act on your behalf).
- Connect a mailbox (Gmail, Outlook, or any classic email provider).
- Connect your CRM (Zoho or HubSpot — optional but recommended).
- Connect an enrichment provider (Apollo today; more on the way).
- Add an AI provider key (so the magic kicks in).
Optional steps include adding teammates, building your first workflow, and connecting your calendar. The checklist tracks your progress and disappears once you're done.
3. Your workspace
LexisOS is built around a few familiar surfaces. Here's the layout you'll see every day.
The sidebar
The left rail is your primary navigation. Items are grouped by intent — Modules (Leads, Contacts, Deals), Prospecting, Communications (Inbox, Calendar, Drafts, Campaigns), Engagement (PageLens, Workflows, Lists, Signals, Activity, Webhooks), and Workspace (Jobs, System, Settings). Items that aren't enabled for your plan stay hidden — no greyed-out clutter.
Small badge dots appear next to items that need your attention (a draft to review, a job that failed, a system blip). The badges clear themselves the moment you visit.
The top bar
Across the top you'll find the workspace switcher (if you belong to multiple workspaces), an onboarding pill that nudges you to finish setup, a system health dot, the help button, the safety menu (more on that later), a sync indicator, the notification bell, and your user menu.
The notification bell
Click the bell to see what's new — replies, drafts ready for review, signal matches, system alerts. Anything urgent shows up under the Needs attention tab. Read them in place, click through to the source, or jump to the full list with View all.
The command palette
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in the app to open the command palette. Type what you want — "go to leads," "open this prospect," "show campaigns" — and our assistant finds the right place. It's the fastest way to move around when you know what you're after.
The help button
The ? button in the top bar starts a short guided tour of whatever page you're on. Tours highlight what each control does — useful the first time you land somewhere unfamiliar.
The offline banner
Lose your connection? A thin amber banner appears at the top of the screen telling you we're offline and what's queued. The product keeps working — any change you make is held in a local queue and replayed automatically the moment you're back online.
The mobile tab bar
On phones and tablets, the sidebar collapses into a tab bar at the bottom of the screen — Home, Leads, Inbox, Workflows, and a More menu for everything else. Designed to feel like a native app, because it largely is one.
4. Leads, Contacts, and Deals
This is the heart of LexisOS — the CRM that everything else hangs off.
How we think about people
Behind every Lead and every Contact is a canonical Person — a single, deduplicated record that knows who someone is across all your data. The same logic applies to Companies. You generally don't need to manage People and Companies directly; they're the connective tissue. But when you visit a person's profile, you're seeing every Lead, every Contact, every email, every meeting, every signal that ever touched that human.
Leads
A Lead is someone you're working to qualify. You'll create Leads from LinkedIn prospects, CSV imports, signal matches, calendar invites from unknown attendees, or by typing them in yourself. Each Lead has a status — Active, Qualified, Disqualified, and so on — and a score that updates automatically as the Lead engages with you.
Open a Lead and you'll see everything in one place: the basics, custom fields, notes (rich text, with merge fields), tasks, tags, the inbox scoped to this Lead, the calendar scoped to this Lead, an activity timeline, and an audit trail of every field that ever changed.
Contacts
When a Lead becomes "real" — when it's a person you're now selling to — convert it into a Contact. Conversion is irreversible by design; once a Lead is converted, its identity is locked, but every note, tag, and piece of history carries over.
A Contact looks a lot like a Lead, but it's tied to deals, mailbox conversations, and calendar events at a deeper level. Contacts are who you actually work with.
Deals
A Deal is a tracked opportunity — an active sales conversation worth your time. Deals live on a pipeline (you can have many) with stages you define. View your Deals as a list or as a Kanban board (the board is default). Drag a Deal between stages and the activity is logged automatically.
Each Deal has its own notes, tasks, tags, custom fields, activity timeline, and audit trail. You can attach calendar events and email threads directly to it. Two-way CRM sync keeps the Deal in lockstep with Zoho or HubSpot if you've connected one.
Custom fields
Every Lead, Contact, and Deal supports unlimited custom fields. Add them under Settings → Custom fields or directly at /custom-fields. Fields support text, number, date, single-select, multi-select, boolean, URL, and a few more flavors. Custom fields show up in views, filters, imports, exports, and merge tags.
Notes, tasks, tags
Every record has its own notes (rich text with formatting, tables, mentions, and merge fields), tasks (with due dates), and tags (free-form labels you can filter on). Adding a note works even when you're offline — it queues locally and syncs the moment you're back.
Lists
A List is a saved collection of Leads or Contacts. Create one to group people for a campaign, a project, or a recurring outreach. Lists power campaigns and workflow triggers. Add or remove members anytime; lists are dynamic in the sense that you decide what's in them.
Saved views
The Leads, Contacts, and Deals pages all support saved views — pre-built filter + column combinations you can switch between with a click. Build one ("My open SaaS leads, sorted by score"), pin it, share it with the team, and never re-filter again.
The activity timeline
Open any Lead, Contact, or Deal and scroll to the activity tab. You'll see every score change, every status change, every email opened, every link clicked, every tag added, every note written — in order, with timestamps. This is the truth of what happened. The audit drawer goes deeper, showing every field-level change with who made it and when.
5. Prospecting — Find Leads
The Find Leads workspace at /find-leads is your unified home for discovering and importing prospects. Four sources live under one roof:
- LinkedIn — your paired Chrome extension powers people + company search, browsing everything you've imported, and working your first-degree connections.
- Apollo — search Apollo's 275M+ contact database by title, seniority, industry, headcount. Reveal emails and phone numbers on demand.
- Hunter — give Hunter a company domain, get every email address they have on file with role, seniority, and confidence score.
- Google Maps — search local businesses by name, category, and location. Perfect for local outreach.
Pick a source from the tab strip at the top of the page. Each source has its own filter form, its own results grid, and its own credit costs (shown as a spend meter). Imports flow into your Leads module as either person-type or company-type Leads based on what you pulled in.
LinkedIn: Search
Run people and company searches directly from inside LexisOS, powered by your LinkedIn session. Filters mirror what you'd build on LinkedIn itself — keywords, industries, companies, schools, geographies. Results show up as cards you can save, convert into Leads, or queue into a workflow.
LinkedIn: Imported
Everything you've ever pulled into LexisOS — people, companies, both — lives here. Toggle between people and companies, filter by whether each row has been converted to a Lead yet, and dig into anything that catches your eye. Big lists are virtualized for snappy scrolling.
LinkedIn: Connections
Your LinkedIn first-degree connections, imported once and refreshed on demand. Filter by who's been converted to a Lead, who's a Contact, who hasn't been touched yet. A natural place to start outbound from people who already know you.
Connect this browser
The LinkedIn source, like every LinkedIn surface, needs a paired Chrome extension. If you haven't paired yet, you'll see a card that walks you through it (see the next section). Once paired, LinkedIn inside Find Leads lights up immediately — no further configuration required.
Action caps and safety
LexisOS treats your LinkedIn account like the precious asset it is. Every kind of action — connection requests, messages, profile visits, follows, likes, comments, posts — runs under a per-day cap that mirrors what humans actually do. Actions happen at a human pace, from your own browser, through the same channels LinkedIn shows the web app. The cap meter on the top bar tells you how much headroom you have today. When you're near a cap, we tell you. When you're at a cap, we wait. You can pause everything globally with one click; we'll cover that in the Safety section.
6. The Chrome extension
The Lexis Chrome extension is the bridge between your browser and LexisOS. Without it, LinkedIn prospecting and outreach don't work — with it, they just work, quietly, in the background.
What it does
The extension watches for your LinkedIn session, keeps it healthy on the server side, and runs any LinkedIn task LexisOS asks it to — search a profile, send a connection request, send a message, like a post, import your connections. It does this in your own browser, signed in as you, so every action looks like you doing it (because it is you).
Why you need it
LinkedIn doesn't have a public API for sales work. The only safe and reliable way to act on LinkedIn is to act through your own logged-in browser. The extension is that bridge — it's how LexisOS does anything on LinkedIn at all.
The one-time pairing flow
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- In LexisOS, open Settings → LinkedIn & Extension.
- Click Pair this browser.
- The page detects the extension automatically and completes the handshake.
- You're done. The page shows a green "Paired" badge.
You only ever do this once per browser. The pairing is per-browser and per-account — pair your work laptop, your home laptop, and a backup browser if you want; they all sync the same session.
When your LinkedIn session expires
LinkedIn occasionally asks you to re-verify your session — a checkpoint, a captcha, a new login. When that happens, LexisOS pauses LinkedIn actions, surfaces a notification, and shows a friendly card explaining you need to sign back into LinkedIn. Sign in once and everything resumes.
Unpairing
You can unpair from inside the extension's own Options page (right-click the extension icon → Options → Unpair this browser), or from LexisOS at Settings → LinkedIn & Extension → Unpair. Unpairing only affects the browser you're on; other paired browsers stay connected.
7. Your Inbox
The Inbox at /inbox is your unified Team Inbox. Every email reply lives next to the right Lead, Contact, and Deal — no more digging through five mailboxes to find the thread your prospect mentioned on the call.
Connecting a mailbox
Open the Inbox and click Connect a mailbox (or go to Settings → Integrations → Mailboxes). Choose:
- Gmail — sign in with Google.
- Outlook — sign in with Microsoft.
- IMAP / SMTP — enter the credentials your provider gave you (host, port, username, password) for any classic email provider.
Once connected, your inbox history backfills in the background and new mail starts flowing in seconds.
The three-pane view
On the left, your mailboxes and labels. In the middle, the thread list. On the right, the open conversation. The top of the thread list has tabs — All, Assigned to me, Done, Snoozed, Drafts — for triaging quickly.
Labels, drafts, snooze, attachments
- Labels — create your own, color-code them, and apply to threads or individual messages. Used for triage, routing, anything.
- Drafts — start a reply, walk away, come back. Drafts auto-save and live in the Drafts tab.
- Snooze — push a thread out of your face until a date and time you choose; it pops back up at the top of the inbox.
- Attachments — drag and drop files into the composer. They're stored securely and re-attached on send.
Sharing a mailbox
A mailbox can be shared with teammates so the whole team handles a single inbox (think sales@yourcompany.com). Open the mailbox's settings, click Share, choose teammates and their permission level (read, reply, manage). Shared mailboxes show up in everyone's left rail.
Replies and bounces
Outbound emails sent through LexisOS are tracked — opens, clicks, replies, bounces — and the events show up on the relevant Lead, Contact, or Deal automatically. Bounced addresses are remembered so the same send won't happen twice.
8. Your Calendar
The Calendar at /calendar ties your meetings to the rest of your pipeline. Every event knows who it's with, what deal it's about, and what context the rep needs.
Connecting a calendar
Open Calendar and click Connect a calendar (or Settings → Integrations). Choose:
- Google Calendar — sign in with Google.
- Microsoft Outlook Calendar — sign in with Microsoft.
Your events appear within seconds and stay in sync both ways — create here, see it there, and vice versa.
Views
Switch between month, week, day, and agenda views (week is the default). Click any event to open the details. Click any empty slot to start a new event.
Creating and linking events
The event composer lets you set the title, time, attendees, location (or video link), and a rich-text description. The killer move: link the event to a Lead, Contact, Deal, or Company. Linked events show up on those records' activity timelines and the rep walks into the meeting knowing exactly what it's about.
Sharing a calendar
Like mailboxes, calendars can be shared with teammates — useful for shared SDR coverage or pooled demo slots.
9. Visual workflows
The workflow builder is where you turn your playbooks into automation. Drag, drop, ship.
The canvas
Open Workflows, create a new one, and you're on a visual canvas. The left rail is your node palette. The center is your workflow. Drag nodes onto the canvas, connect them, click any node to configure it. Save when you're ready.
What you can build
The node catalog covers everything a multi-channel outreach playbook needs:
- Triggers — start a workflow manually, on a schedule, when a signal fires, when a webhook lands, or on an event like a Lead being created or a Contact getting a tag.
- LinkedIn actions — send a connection request, send a message, like a post, comment on a post, post to your feed, visit a profile, follow, unfollow, withdraw a pending invite, endorse a skill.
- Email and SMS — send an email or a text from your connected mailbox or phone number.
- Delays — wait for a duration, until a time of day, or until a condition is true.
- Branches — go down one path if the prospect opened your email, another path if they didn't, a third if they replied.
- Data — apply enrichment, push to your CRM.
AI-drafted content, human approval
Any content step (an email, a LinkedIn message, an SMS) can be marked as AI-drafted. When the workflow runs that step, our AI reads the full context — the prospect, the company, recent activity, your firm profile, the conversation so far — and writes a personalized draft. The draft lands in your review queue (see the next section) with all the reasoning visible. You approve, edit, regenerate, or reject. Nothing goes out without your blessing.
Any step can also be marked send automatically if you'd rather skip the queue — your call, per step.
Triggers
Triggers tell a workflow when to start. Choose from:
- Manual — fire it yourself from the workflow page or from a list.
- Scheduled — at a time, on a cadence.
- Signal — when a signal you defined matches (more on signals below).
- Webhook — when an external system POSTs to a URL we give you.
- Event — when something happens inside LexisOS (a Lead is created, a Contact is tagged, an email is opened, and so on).
Running and inspecting
Run history sits next to the canvas. Click any run to see exactly what happened step by step — inputs, outputs, errors, retries. When something failed, the /system page surfaces it so you can fix it fast.
10. Campaigns
A Campaign at /campaigns is a one-off or scheduled email send over a list of recipients. Simpler than a full workflow when you just want to ship a single touch.
Choose a list. Pick a template (or write one fresh). Schedule the send (or queue it manually). LexisOS handles the rest — pacing, suppressions, unsubscribes, tracking, bounces. Reply tracking ties answers back to the right Contact and Deal.
Suppressions and unsubscribes
Anyone who clicks "unsubscribe" is added to your suppression list automatically and won't receive future campaign sends. Add anyone manually under Suppressions.
Tracking
Opens, clicks, replies, bounces — every event is logged and surfaces on the relevant Lead or Contact. Campaign-level reporting shows you the funnel for the whole send.
11. Drafts review
The Drafts page at /drafts is the human-in-the-loop queue. Any AI-drafted message, any approval-required action, any workflow step waiting on you — it all lands here.
Why this exists
AI drafts. Humans approve. Your prospects get messages that feel handcrafted because — where it matters — they are. You stay in control of every word; the AI just makes you ten times faster.
How it works
Each draft shows the prospect, the context the AI used, and the proposed message. You can:
- Approve — ship it as-is.
- Edit — tweak a line or two, then approve.
- Regenerate — ask for a fresh attempt, optionally with a hint.
- Reject — kill it and move on.
Filter by module (lead / contact / conversion) and by status (pending, approved, edited, rejected, sent). The badge on the sidebar clears the moment you visit.
12. Notifications
The notification bell in the top bar is your live feed of what needs you.
In-app
Replies, drafts ready for review, signal matches, mentions, system blips — all surface in the bell. Click the bell to scan; click a notification to jump to its source.
The Notifications page at /notifications has three tabs: Needs attention (urgent), All, and Unread.
Push notifications
Turn on push under Settings → Push notifications. Once enabled, LexisOS delivers important notifications directly to your phone or laptop, even when the app isn't open. On iPhones, push works after you install LexisOS as a home-screen app — we'll guide you through it.
13. Reports and KPIs
The home dashboard is yours to shape. The KPIs and Reports system lets you measure the things that matter to you.
The dashboard
The home page is a 12-column drag-and-drop grid of widgets. Hide ones you don't want. Resize ones you do. The layout is yours — saved per user, so your teammates' dashboards aren't affected.
Out of the box you'll see: top-level KPIs, a pipeline bar, an email funnel, quick stats, AI spend, your onboarding checklist (until you finish it), and the reports you've pinned.
Building a KPI
Click Add KPI. Choose what you want to measure — total leads created, qualified leads this week, deals in stage X, open rate, click rate, time to first reply, just about anything. Pick a chart type (number, gauge, breakdown, time-series, percent, funnel) and a color palette. Save.
Reports
A Report is a collection of KPIs grouped together. Build one for your weekly pipeline review, another for SDR performance, a third for executive dashboards. Pin reports to the home dashboard so they're always one click away.
14. AI in LexisOS
LexisOS uses AI to draft your outbound, generate workflows, suggest KPIs, and assist you in real time. You stay in control of which provider and how much you spend.
Bring your own keys
Under Settings → Integrations → AI providers, add a key for any of:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Gemini (Google)
- Perplexity
You can connect more than one and we'll route different tasks to different providers. You own the keys, the quotas, and the bills — we just orchestrate. Your prompts and responses are never used to train anyone's model.
What AI is used for
- Drafting LinkedIn messages, emails, and SMS in workflows and campaigns.
- One-off content drafting from inside the rich-text editor (the "Ask AI" popover).
- Suggesting workflow structures when you describe what you want.
- Suggesting KPIs and report layouts.
- Rewriting and polishing prose.
- Powering the
Cmd+Kcommand palette.
Firm profile context
Under Settings → Firm profile, tell LexisOS who you are — what you sell, who you sell to, your tone of voice, the value props that matter. Every AI draft is grounded in this context, plus the prospect's signals and your conversation history. The result is content that sounds like you, not generic AI slop.
15. Enrichment
Enrichment fills in the gaps — email addresses, phone numbers, titles, company details — on your Leads and Contacts.
Connecting providers
Under Settings → Integrations → Enrichment, connect:
- Apollo (today) — your Apollo account, made smarter and more affordable.
- Hunter and ContactOut (on the roadmap).
You bring your own provider keys. We try the cheapest source first, fall back gracefully, and never re-charge you for data we already have on file.
Budgets
Set a monthly enrichment budget per workspace. When you're close to the cap, we tell you. When you hit it, we pause new lookups until next month or until you raise the cap. You stay in control of every dollar.
Enriching a Lead
Open any Lead and click Enrich on the enrichment card. We look up the prospect across your connected providers, pull in whatever we find, and write the new data to the Lead. The events show up on the activity timeline.
16. CRM sync
LexisOS sits alongside your CRM, keeps both in perfect sync, and makes everything else work better with it. Your CRM stays your system of record.
Supported CRMs
- Zoho CRM (live)
- HubSpot (live)
- Salesforce (on the roadmap)
The setup wizard
Under Settings → Integrations, click your CRM and start the setup wizard:
- Modules — choose which CRM modules map to which LexisOS records (Contacts, Companies, Deals, and so on).
- Fields — map the fields you care about. We suggest sensible defaults; you tweak from there.
- Data — pick how much history to bring in. Run the initial sync.
- Done — confirm everything looks right.
Most teams finish the wizard in fifteen minutes.
Two-way sync, simply
Once connected, changes flow both ways:
- A Deal moved to "Proposal" in LexisOS shows up in "Proposal" in your CRM.
- A Contact updated in your CRM shows up updated in LexisOS.
When both sides change the same field at the same time, we surface a conflict for you to resolve — keep mine, keep theirs, or merge. You stay in control; nothing gets silently overwritten.
Field mapping
Re-open the setup wizard any time to add, remove, or remap fields. Custom fields are fully supported on both sides.
17. Signals
A Signal is a recurring watchful eye on your target accounts. The product checks every night and surfaces matches the moment something interesting happens.
Kinds of signals
- Role change — someone changed jobs.
- Post keyword — a prospect posted something containing your keywords.
- Stale deal — a Deal hasn't moved in N days.
- More kinds shipping over time.
Setting one up
Under /signals, click New signal. Choose the kind. Define what you're watching (a list, a saved view, a set of keywords, an industry). Save.
What happens when a signal fires
A Signal match is created. The match shows up on the relevant Lead or Contact's signals panel, on the notifications bell, and (if you've wired it) becomes a workflow trigger that fires the right outreach automatically.
The classic move: pair a "VP changed roles" signal with a workflow that drafts a warm congratulations message and queues it for your review. Outreach that's actually timely, every time.
18. PageLens
PageLens is the SEO audit add-on inside LexisOS. If you sell services to website owners, this is your superpower.
Adding a site
Go to /pagelens and click New site. Enter the URL and a display name. Click Run audit. We crawl your site, score it across technical, content, structure, and performance dimensions, and surface every finding.
The audit flow
Audits run in five phases: discover → crawl → finalize → fix generation → complete. You'll see a live progress page that updates in real time. When it's done, you land on the site detail page with the overall score, the per-category scores, and the list of findings.
Reviewing findings
Filter findings by category, severity, or whether they're already resolved. Click any finding for a plain-English explanation of what's wrong, why it matters, and how to fix it. For most findings, we can draft an AI fix — click Generate AI fix and we'll write the markup change for you.
Approving and pushing fixes
Generated fixes land in the Approvals queue (/pagelens/approvals). Review the diff, approve (or edit), and if your site is connected to WordPress, push the change live in one click. WordPress is connected under Site settings → WordPress.
Budget
PageLens runs on a monthly fix-drafting budget you control under /pagelens/budget. Schedule recurring audits weekly or monthly under Site settings → Schedule.
19. Activity and audit
The Activity feed
The Activity page at /activity is a cross-module feed of everything that happened in your workspace — a deal moved, a Lead got tagged, an email was sent, a workflow fired. Filter by module (lead / contact / deal / person / company). Big lists are virtualized so it stays fast.
Per-entity audit
Every Lead, Contact, and Deal has an audit drawer that shows every single field change with who changed it and when. Open it from the entity's overview. Useful when something looks off and you need to know what happened.
20. Safety and account caps
LexisOS is built to keep your accounts healthy. Two surfaces matter here.
The cap meter
The safety menu in the top bar (the shield icon) shows you, in real time, how much headroom you have left today for each kind of outbound action — LinkedIn connections, LinkedIn messages, profile visits, follows, comments, posts, emails, SMS. When you're at a cap, queued actions wait for the next day's allowance.
You can tune caps yourself under Settings → Action safety — raise them if you know what you're doing, lower them if you want extra caution.
Pause all actions
The same shield menu has a Pause all actions toggle. Hit it in an emergency — a misfired campaign, a surprise LinkedIn email, anything that gives you pause — and every outbound action stops immediately. Toggle it off when you're ready to resume.
21. Working offline and on mobile
Installing as a mobile app
LexisOS installs to your phone or tablet like a native app. On iPhone, open app.lexisos.com in Safari, tap the share button, and tap Add to Home Screen. On Android, your browser will offer an Install prompt; tap it. The app icon appears on your home screen and the app runs fullscreen, no browser chrome.
Offline
Lose your connection? LexisOS keeps going. Any change you make — a note, a tag, a status update, a task — is held in a local queue. The amber You're offline banner tells you what's happening. The moment you're back online, queued changes replay in order, automatically.
The sync indicator in the top bar opens a drawer where you can see exactly what's queued, retry anything stuck, or discard a queued change you've changed your mind about. If a server-side change conflicts with a queued change, we surface it in a conflict tray with a clear "keep mine / keep theirs" choice.
Push notifications
Once you've enabled push (see Section 12), important notifications reach you even when LexisOS is closed. Tap the notification to jump straight to the source.
22. Feedback and roadmap
The feedback button
The floating button in the bottom-right corner is your direct line to the LexisOS team. Click it any time. The drawer has two tabs:
- Suggest — file a feature request, a bug, or a question. We capture the page you were on and recent activity (with anything sensitive redacted) so we can reproduce what you saw.
- My items — see everything you've ever filed, with the team's replies.
A small badge on the button tells you when there's an unread reply from a teammate at LexisOS.
The Roadmap page
/roadmap is the public-to-your-org board of everything that's been suggested. Status columns: New, Triaged, Planned, In progress, Shipped, Declined, Duplicate. Upvote requests you care about. Reply to threads. See what's on deck and what just shipped.
23. Settings overview
Settings live at /settings. Tabs are deep-linkable, so any URL you bookmark drops you right back where you were.
- Firm profile — what your business does, who you sell to, your tone of voice. Used as AI context.
- Account — your name, email, password, and personal preferences.
- LinkedIn & Extension — pair / unpair the Chrome extension, manage your LinkedIn session, see session health.
- Scoring — the rules that drive Lead and Contact scoring. Pick which events count and how much.
- Templates — email and SMS templates with merge fields.
- Conversion rules — when a Lead converts to a Contact, what rules apply.
- Conversion mapping — which fields carry over on conversion.
- Pipelines — your Deal pipelines and stages.
- Action safety — per-kind daily caps and the global pause.
- Push notifications — enable, test, manage your push delivery.
- Custom fields — define custom fields for Leads, Contacts, and Deals.
- Integrations — mailboxes, calendars, AI providers, CRMs, enrichment.
- Members — invite, manage, and remove teammates.
24. Members and roles
Inviting teammates
Under Settings → Members, click Invite teammate. Enter their email and choose a role:
- Admin — can change settings, invite others, manage integrations.
- Member — full product access, can't change workspace settings.
They get an invite email; clicking it lands them in the signup flow with the invite already accepted.
Managing access
Promote, demote, or remove teammates from the same page. Removing a teammate revokes their access immediately. Their work stays — only their access disappears.
View as
If a LexisOS staff member opens a temporary "view as tenant" session at your request (for example, to help diagnose an issue), you'll see an amber banner across the top of the workspace explaining that someone from LexisOS is viewing your account read-only. The session is time-limited and logged.
25. Getting help
We genuinely want you to succeed with LexisOS. Several ways to get unstuck:
- The onboarding checklist at
/onboarding— works as a self-paced setup guide and never disappears unless you finish it. - The
?button in the top bar — starts a short guided tour of whatever page you're on. Most pages have one. - The feedback drawer — the floating button in the bottom-right. Ask anything. We reply, usually fast.
- Email — support@lexisos.com. Most replies land within four business hours.
- Sales — sales@lexisos.com if you want a guided walkthrough or you're evaluating bigger plans.
Welcome to LexisOS. Now go close some deals.
