The fix sits pending until someone approves it — nothing reaches a live site before that click.
Once approved, the push to a connected WordPress site happens with no second step — approving is the only manual action in the loop.
If the push fails, PageLens retries it once more, then emails the customer instead of failing silently.
The push uses the WordPress REST API with an Application Password, not a plugin of its own. PageLens detects which SEO plugin the site runs and writes the title, meta description, or alt text into the field that plugin reads from — not a generic field it ignores.
PageLens runs under the same guardrails as every other AI feature in LexisOS.
Each org has its own monthly budget for PageLens’s AI usage, set automatically or overridden by staff.
Spend against that cap is tracked live, with an alert state before you run out.
A connected site can run its crawl and findings pass on a recurring schedule, not only on demand.
