Every automated SMS a workflow, an approval step, or a schedule sends checks consent first — a contact who replies STOP is blocked immediately, on every automated path, not just noted for later. Two-way team texting and browser-based calling, both on your own Twilio account.
Every automated SMS path — a workflow’s auto-send step, a workflow’s approval-driven send, and a scheduled send tick — calls the same consent check before the message reaches Twilio. A contact who has revoked consent, or replied STOP, is blocked unconditionally on every one of those paths. Consent itself is a structured record: who granted it, the source it came from — a form, an import, or someone entering it by hand — the original consent text, and a link back to the CRM record. The one nuance: if there’s no consent record at all for a contact, a per-org policy decides whether cold outbound can proceed. A revoked or STOP status is never overridden by that policy.

| Capability | Included today |
|---|---|
| Two-way texting with MMS | Yes — threads, media, scheduled sends, drafts, search, live stream |
| Consent enforcement | Yes — enforced on every automated send path, not only recorded |
| Browser-based outbound calling | Yes — call from the browser with a Twilio Voice SDK token |
| Call recording playback | Yes — recordings download and play back |
| Voicemail transcription | No — nothing transcribes a recording, only download and playback |
| In-app phone number purchasing | No — bring an existing Twilio number; LexisOS lists and syncs it |
| A separate paid tier for SMS/Voice | No feature gate at all — connecting Twilio unlocks the full surface |
SMS and Voice run on your organization’s own Twilio account — the Account SID and Auth Token you provide. LexisOS lists, syncs, and shares the numbers already on that account; there’s no in-app flow to buy or provision a new one. And unlike Vendors or PageLens, there’s no separate feature to switch on — connecting Twilio unlocks two-way texting and calling immediately.
Add your Account SID and Auth Token — nothing to purchase.
Every 30 minutes, LexisOS lists and shares what’s already on your account.
No separate feature to turn on — the full surface is available immediately.
Start free and connect your Twilio account. Consent enforcement is on from the first automated send — there’s nothing extra to turn on.
