Connect Gmail and Google Calendar to Lexis OS to unify your team inbox and schedule inside your CRM. Read, send, and reply to email; view and create calendar events — all tied to the right lead, contact, or deal.
Connect any Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox in two clicks. LexisOS threads every message to the matching lead, contact, or deal, and gives your whole team a shared view — while replies still send from your own Gmail address.
Every message you receive in the connected Gmail mailbox appears in the LexisOS team inbox, automatically threaded to the matching lead, contact, or deal.
Compose new emails or reply directly from a record page. Messages send from your Gmail address and appear in your normal Gmail Sent folder.
Read and apply Gmail labels from inside LexisOS. Your Gmail folder structure is preserved — nothing renamed, nothing hidden.
Open a message in LexisOS and Gmail marks it read. Mark it unread in Gmail and LexisOS follows.
Connect Google Calendar and every demo, discovery call, and follow-up shows up on the right CRM record. Book new meetings from a lead page and they land on your Google Calendar with the right attendees.
Events from every calendar the connected account owns appear alongside your CRM pipeline — no more tab-swapping to check availability.
Create a meeting from any CRM record and it lands on your Google Calendar with the right attendees, agenda, and CRM link.
Edit time, attendees, or notes from LexisOS and Google Calendar updates immediately. Cancel a meeting from the CRM and it disappears from every guest’s calendar.
Sales calendars, personal calendars, shared calendars — pick which ones sync. Sales teams can share visibility without losing personal-calendar privacy.
When you click Connect Google inside Lexis OS, Google shows you an official consent screen listing the scopes below. You can review, cancel, or revoke them at any time. We only request the minimum scopes needed for the features you enable.
Required to power the unified team inbox: reading threads so they appear in the CRM, sending emails and replies from the connected mailbox, and applying labels so your Gmail folder structure stays in sync. LexisOS never permanently deletes Gmail messages on your behalf.
Required to display, create, update, and cancel events from inside LexisOS. Only calendars owned by the signed-in Google account are accessed.
Read once during connection so we can identify which mailbox / calendar you authorized and display it in the UI.
Lexis OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Google from Settings → Mailboxes or Settings → Calendars inside Lexis OS. When you do, we immediately call Google’s token-revoke endpoint to invalidate the refresh token on Google’s side, and we delete the encrypted token from our systems.
You can also revoke access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deletion of already-synced content follows the standard deletion path in our retention policy.
Two clicks to connect. One click to disconnect. Every action minimum-scope by design.
