When you click Connect Google inside Lexis OS, Google shows you an official consent screen listing the scopes below. You can review, cancel, or revoke them at any time. We only request the minimum scopes needed for the features you enable.

Required to power the unified team inbox: reading threads so they appear in the CRM, sending emails and replies from the connected mailbox, and applying labels so your Gmail folder structure stays in sync. LexisOS never permanently deletes Gmail messages on your behalf.

•No advertising. We never use Gmail or Calendar data to serve ads, retarget, or personalize marketing.
•No AI training. Gmail messages and Calendar events are never used to train generalized machine-learning models — ours or anyone else’s.
•No human reading. No LexisOS employee reads your Google data, except with your explicit consent, for security investigations, or when legally required.
•No third-party transfer. Your Google data is never sold, rented, or shared with brokers.
•Encrypted end to end. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM per-organization keys; all traffic to Google flows over TLS 1.2+.

You can disconnect Google from Settings → Mailboxes or Settings → Calendars inside Lexis OS. When you do, we immediately call Google’s token-revoke endpoint to invalidate the refresh token on Google’s side, and we delete the encrypted token from our systems.

You can also revoke access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deletion of already-synced content follows the standard deletion path in our retention policy.
