LexisOS pushes people, companies, and leads to Zoho and pulls modules and a combined contacts+deals view back — with field mapping you control, a per-conflict resolution log, and a webhook that keeps inbound changes close to real time.
| Direction | What moves | How it arrives |
|---|---|---|
| Push out | Person, company, and lead records | On create or update, sent out from LexisOS |
| Pull in | Whole Zoho modules, plus a combined contacts+deals view | On an hourly schedule, and pushed in near real time through a subscribed webhook |
Map LexisOS fields to Zoho fields yourself — there’s no forced default mapping to work around.
When both sides changed the same field, it’s logged with a way to resolve it per conflict, not a silent most-recent-write-wins rule.
Zoho pushes changes to LexisOS through a subscribed webhook, on top of the hourly pull — not solely on the schedule.
Zoho sync runs under its own feature key, separate from HubSpot and every other module.
Connect Zoho from your integration settings with a standard OAuth authorization — you approve the connection on Zoho’s own consent screen, LexisOS never sees your Zoho password. Disconnecting marks the integration revoked and stops both the push and the pull immediately; records already synced stay as they were at the last successful sync on both sides.
Start free and connect Zoho CRM — the conflict log shows you exactly what didn’t match, instead of silently picking a winner.
